cPanel is Blank
If you find that your BYU Domains dashboard is blank, please send an email to domains.support@byu.edu with the following information filled in:
- Domain Name:
- Net ID:
- Does your website still load in a browser? (Y/N)
- Did you try to change your password in the cPanel “Password & Security” feature? (Y/N)
- Any other information you find relevant.
For most cases, we will be able to restore your access to cPanel shortly.
